Creating this blog has taught me some interesting things, but it has also caused many headaches. I quite like blogging, and I run my own blog over on Tumblr, but this exercise did not seem appropriate for the subject.

I was on my computer last night, doing assignments as I do, when I noticed someone had shared a video about Tony Abbott. Then I noticed someone else had shared it, then another, and another. My entire newsfeed was filled with this same video.

Mapstalgia is a gaming site where people post their recreations of maps from video games. Most maps are posted of video games that users played as children, hence the nostalgia aspect of the site. Maps are also drawn completely from memory.

Holographic Chocolate?

Holographic chocolate - Morphotinix

Swiss company, Morphotonix, has created chocolate with holograms embedded in it, which can be added to the popular sweet without having any effect on the flavour.
The company states that they use microstructures imprinted from molds in the factory to create the illusions of stars and shapes on the top of each block. However, due to the chemistry of some types, holograms can not be imprinted on all chocolates.
